re POEM 22

Greek mezze

platter of mini-
dishes: olives, humous,
aubergines, Feta cheese,
brushed with olive oil
and paprika; reminiscent

of Kefalonia home-grown taverna
tucked under Cephalonica trees,
the wafts and the mandolin-
strumming crooner transports
this basement Manchester eatery
into a sea turtle’s haven until Valentine
stomach is stuffed silly.

Oh, what a delicious foodie poem,
Catherine. You should submit this

Never did get a confirmation from
you if you received the interview
questions. Sent an email on 2/8,
to find out if you would be doing
the interview.

Hello Cynthia... Thanks for popping in and leaving a comment. I don't what's going on. I sent you a couple of emails last week'ish... Tues 8/2 and Wed 9/2... I've just re-sent them to your palaeha account. I hope it gets through this time. Cathy x
