Re: Found Poem II

Where do aliens live?

caught between velvet foam of Frappuccino...

underneath soles of chapped feet...

riding pores of shimmering summer heat...

hidden inside shabby trunk where plasticine
and paint vie for space among Grandpa
Edward’s model trains...

wriggling among shedding autumn leaves...

a stream of telepathic light where, through stimulation
they stimulate imagination...

I found this answer in a Chinese fortune cookie once:

‘Aliens live in a small village on the edge of the Arctic Circle’.

This deserves a comment, the reason being - in a Chinese fortune cookie - I found the answer lol!

This stimulates my imagination certainly through streams of telepathic light.

I like the imagery you evoke in a subtle sense.

The answer you provide to the question is hilarious.

Very visual, and unique. Love this line, "a stream of telepathic light where, through stimulation
they stimulate imagination..."

so it's aliens to blame when your chapped feet hurt (I always secretly knew that). ;D

I like the imagry of aliens "riding pores of shimmering summer heat..." and "a stream of telepathic light."

Neat imagining here.

Love it! I think aliens are everywhere - any time someone feels out of place or is new to something or doesn't quite fit. It's good, though. We should be discovering new territory.

They're everywhere then, aren't they? I am bathed in your brilliance.
